How do you book a Waterbubs Shoot?

All you have to do is choose a date for us to visit your swim school and we do the rest. Once a date has been set for your underwater photo shoot, we make up gorgeous full colour photographic posters advertising the date of the photo shoot. The posters have a waterproof laminate finish so that they can be displayed at the poolside and we send them to you along with our brochures (for the parents to take) and a booking sign up form. This means no paper work for you the swim school and all your parents have to do to book their place is write their name and contact details on the booking form.

How long is a Waterbubs photo shoot?

The length of a photo shoot depends on your availability but we usually recommend 4 hours. Each photo session lasts 30 minutes and has a maximum of only 4 or 5 babies in the water. As well as our photographer we recommend having a qualified swim teacher in the water at all times. The group rotates which means that the babies have lots of time and space to play while they take it turn to have a submersion and have their photograph taken. Waterbubs seeks to beautifully capture eight to ten shots of each child. 

What staff is required for a Waterbubs Photo shoot?

We always have a qualified swim instructor to handle all of the babies during our photo shoots. We like to encourage each swim school to use one of their own instructors. We find that it works well with parents and that it is a fun experience for the instructor. Waterbubs pays (the swim schools recommended hourly rate) for the instructor’s time during our photo shoots. Alternatively we can arrange for an external swim instructor to attend the shoot.

How do your clients order their photographs?

Your clients privacy means a lot to us so after the photo shoot we issue each group with a personal login code. We then invite them to visit our website and login to our fantastic online gallery where they are able to order their photographs and choose from our great range of products. Photographs are securely uploaded to the gallery 3-5 working days after each photo shoot.

How much do the photo's cost?

Booking fee £15 per client (£5 of this goes to you the swim school)

How it benefits the Swim School:

We have found that our photo shoots are hugely popular with parents and that it is a great service for you to offer your clients.

We charge a sitting fee of £15 for each child attending one of our fun filled shoots (We also have a great family rate, please see website for more information). The great news is that £5 of each booking made goes to you the swim school as commission.

 If you or your staff have little swimmers we will of course offer you/them a space in one of our photo sessions FREE of charge. We can also do a staff photograph of all your swim instructors underwater for FREE!!!

And finally, we also provide you the swim school with the photographs of your choice (parental permission granted) to use in the promotion of your swim school (posters, newsletters, press articles, website etc..) for FREE.

 We feel that we offer a great deal to swim schools but we are always open to suggestion and very willing to hear what would work best for your swim school and business.
